We are pleased to introduce Pippo, our online patient platform, allowing you to book appointments from your phone, tablet or computer at Vernon Medical Clinic without needing to call the practice.

What you can book right now
We are currently rolling this resource out for online booking of nurse appointments and for ordering repeat prescriptions. Booking of other appointment types, such as doctor appointments, is coming soon.
Nurse bloods appointments
For a nurse bloods appointment you will generally have to be seen by a doctor first, unless the bloods have been ordered by a consultant.
Existing patients only
This service is available to existing patients of the practice only.

Getting started

Pippo is available to download free of charge from your usual app store. You can also register through the Pippo website.

Use the Pippo app

  1. Search for Pippo in your app store
  2. Download the free app
  3. Select Vernon Medical Clinic in the search menu
  4. Complete the registration process
  5. Start booking your appointments in the app

Important

Information when registering

When registering with Pippo, the details you enter must match the details we have on our practice system exactly.

For example, if you are registered with us as “Elizabeth Murphy” but attempt to register with Pippo as “Liz Murphy”, your registration may be declined.

If this happens, please try registering again using different versions of your name that you may previously have provided to the practice before contacting us for assistance.
